Big ideas need big brains. Our design studio has scoped hundreds of projects with intricate complexity and detail. If you’re thinking of tackling a big initiative but not sure where to start, our design workshop and strategy package will help you dial it all in.
Our process begins with a 2-hour workshop. Tell us your vision and explain your goals. We’ll ask big questions, take lots of notes, and lead conversation and brainstorming. We’ll use this wisdom to build a customized project plan for you to move forward. Whether you work with Allovus or explore different options, you’ll have what you need to get moving on your vision.
This package includes the following deliverables:
- 2-hour big brain workshop.
- Project plan.
- Pricing estimate organized by deliverables, including estimated total hours needed.
- Project timeline with deliverables + tasks outlined.
- List of the various skillsets and talent you will need to get the work done.
- Materials you’ll need to provide your team at the beginning of the project.
- Technology list of recommended tools.
*This service will not include the work itself, but helps your get organized when you aren’t quite sure where to start.

Project Journey
DAY 1
Intake call: We’ll discuss your project goals at a high level. We’ll use this information to assemble the right team for our Brainstorm Workshop.
DAYS 3-4
2-hour brainstorm workshop: Our Project Strategist, Design Lead, and Project Manager will meet with you to discuss your project goals, timeline, desires, constraints, ideals, and concepts. We’ll ask a lot of questions and work with you to identify what you feel will make this project a success.
DAYS 5-12
Research and planning: Our team will review all information gathered and outline the scope, timing, resources, deliverables, and associated costs we feel will make your project successful.
DAYS 13-14
Strategy package: Our best thoughts, ideas and project approach suggestions will be compiled and delivered to you in a strategy package.
DAYS 15-16
1-hour follow-up / QA review: After you’ve had a few days to review the strategy package, we’ll meet to discuss any questions or thoughts you may have.

- Allovus: Allovus end-to-end solution.
- Inhouse.
- Inhouse + Source or Allovus.
