DAY 1
Discussion + discovery: Understand the needs: The hard skills and soft skills.
DAYS 3-4
Receive your candidates: We’ll provide 2-3 vetted candidates from our network that align with your project needs. Short bio, LinkedIn profile and project examples.
DAY 6
Interviews: Talk to your candidates: Learn more about their approach, style, experience and everything else you’ll want to know.
DAYS 7-14
Pick your favorite candidates: We’ll facilitate scheduling interviews.
DAY 15
Schedule start date: Once you select your ideal candidate, we’ll identify a start date and proceed with onboarding.
