Allovus benefits for full-timers (25+ hours)

Accrued paid time off (PTO)

  • 1-9 months: accrue .04 hours of PTO for every hour worked (approximately 80 hours of PTO over a year’s period of time at an average of 40 working hours/week.)
  • 10+ months: accrue .06 hours of PTO for every hour worked (approximately 120 hours of PTO over a year’s period of time at an average of 40 working hours/week.)

Medical/vision and dental coverage

  • Our standard medical plan is better than some large technology companies, because we have nationwide coverage, and pay most of the Allovus employee’s monthly premium
  • Allovus contributes 90% of the monthly premium for our standard medical/vision and dental employee-only plans

401(k) + match

  • Employees are eligible to participate starting the first of the month following their hire date
  • Up to 4% match after 1 year of employment

Life and AD&D insurance

  • $50,000 life insurance plan fully funded by Allovus

Employee assistance program

  • A confidential resource connection that provides wellness, legal, financial and relationship support

Referral bonuses

  • A $250 bonus for every successfully hired referral

Training reimbursements (upon course approval)

  • $250 yearly training reimbursement after 1 year
