Allovus Benefits for Full-Timers (> 25 hours)
Accrued paid time off (PTO)
- 0 – 9 months: accrue .04 hours of PTO for every hour worked (approximately 80 hours of PTO over a year’s period of time at an average of 40 working hours/week.)
- 10+ months: accrue .06 hours of PTO for every hour worked (approximately 120 hours of PTO over a year’s period of time at an average of 40 working hours/week.)
Paid holidays
- Paid holidays start after 4 years working with Allovus, with no more than a 3 month break in employment
- New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Allovus contributes 85% of the monthly premium for our standard medical, dental, and vision employee-only plans
- Employee Assistance Program is available for those enrolled in Medical insurance through Allovus
401(k) + match
- Employees are eligible to participate starting the first of the month following their hire date
- Up to 4% match after 1 year of employment
Life and AD&D insurance
- $50,000 life insurance plan fully funded by Allovus
Referral bonuses
