Allovus Benefits for Full-Timers (> 25 hours)

Accrued paid time off (PTO)

  • 0 – 9 months: accrue .04 hours of PTO for every hour worked (approximately 80 hours of PTO over a year’s period of time at an average of 40 working hours/week.)
