  • Thrive on building trust, making connections and networking
  • Are an idea generator and have opinions you’re comfortable sharing
  • Value and cultivate emotional intelligence in yourself and others
  • Are respectful and an active listener
  • Do your best work in a fast paced, fluid environment and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Can laugh at yourself and have fun with your colleagues
  • Get shit done!

WHAT WE OFFER:

We are a family first, non-hierarchical and commission free company. We prioritize well-being and flexibility, and recognize that life happens outside the office.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $110,000 – $120,000, commission free. Based on a 40-hour work week.

HOURS AND SCHEDULE: We offer flexibility to design your own schedule while meeting deadlines. Our emphasis is on outcomes and quality of work, and we recognize the importance of balancing professional and personal commitments.

  • 30 – 40 hours per week, with availability for key meetings and collaborative work.
  • Fully remote with occasional travel (4x/yr).

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: Allovus is a small, collaborative team where your voice will be heard from day one. You’ll be expected to share new ideas freely, as innovation and fresh perspectives are always welcome. We offer a supportive environment to grow your skills and expand your role over time.

  • Build relationships with a wide range of clients and industries.
  • Work directly with leadership and contribute to shaping the direction of the business.

WHAT A WEEK IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

You’ll spend time reaching out to new and existing clients, looking for ways Allovus can support their project goals. You’ll work with teammates in marketing and design to put together proposals and presentations that show off what makes Allovus unique. You’ll keep an eye on your sales goals while building real relationships: checking in with clients, listening to their needs, and making sure they’re happy for the long run.

You’ll be the go-to contact for clients working on UX design projects, helping them stay on track and making sure their ideas are heard. You’ll help organize schedules and budgets, and encourage clients to share feedback so your team can keep improving. If any challenges pop up, you’ll talk things through with your team and keep everyone in the loop, asking for help from leadership when needed.

You’ll also spend time working with other teams—design, product, and marketing—to make sure everyone’s ideas come together for the client. You’ll share what you learn from clients to help shape new strategies, and always speak up for designs that put users first.
